Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns Policy
Due to the high demand of our pieces and every piece being completely handmade, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or returns on any of our pieces.
We are sorry that we do not offer refunds.
Changes to orders
We do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. Please double check your order before completing it.
A few notes about shipping
Please allow 6 weeks for delivery on crib bedding and all bedding sets, window treatments, and other large orders.
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery on crib skirts, drapery, shower curtains.
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on crib bows and sheets, pillow orders.
Please make sure to provide your correct address for shipping.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship M-F so you can expect your orders to typically arrive within 2-5 days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We also ship internationally. Shipping cost, however, is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in your country. Please note that most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Cottage and Cabin Interiors has no control over this. Please contact us for an International Shipping Quote.
We are able to ship to over 90 different countries. Oversized items are not able to be shipped internationally. If you are interested in ordering an oversized item and you live outside of the United States, please contact us to discuss options. To get a quote please email firstname.lastname@example.org and list your address and the items you are interested in purchasing and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days with shipping information.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages.
All crib bedding pieces are made to fit standard size cribs, measuring approximately 28” x 52”...unless otherwise stated. I also offer portable crib/mini crib bedding mattress size 24" x 38". If you have specialty crib sizing, please contact me for custom pricing. Thank you.
We recommend washing our washed linen pieces separately from other laundry. Nursery Bedding:
***Bumper covers with tiny ties-machine wash, cold water. Tumble Dry. Bumper covers with sash ties-machine wash, cold water. Hang to dry or lay flat to dry. You may tumble dry the last few minutes to soften---if you tumble dry completely, the sash ties will wrinkle with large wrinkles...these are difficult to remove with ironing.
***all bumper inserts and pillow inserts are spot clean only.
***Crib Skirts: Machine Wash. Tumble Dry.

***Unlined washed linen bedding, pillow covers, and curtains: Machine wash. Tumble dry.
***Lined unwashed linen pieces----drapery, shower curtains...dust, vacuum, spot cleaning recommended...some items may be dry cleaned, however, the linen and drapery lining are different fabrics and may shrink at different rates.
We do not offer our linen pieces to the trade at this time. All of our designs are artisan pieces...completely handmade--

We are happy to offer a simple gift wrap or add a personalized note if you order as a gift. Leave us a note with your request.
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
I offer limited pick up locations near our workshop. We are rurally located, but will meet within an hour for pick-up and delivery of items for slipcovers...and any purchases. Contact us for pricing for this service...
The item I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
We use Instagram often to announce new products and restocks of our favorite products. If you follow there, @cottageandcabin, you will be 'in the know'.
When will you be having a sale?
We do offer a very limited number of sales throughout the year. If you join our mailing list, you'll enjoy secret sales and the perks of being the first to know about new releases and all sorts of other good stuff.
